Robert advises potential candidates on lateral opportunities, helping them understand if and when it is the right time to make a career move, and counsels each candidate through every step of the hiring process ensuring that they are thoroughly prepared.
Eleonora Cacciola started her legal recruiting career working at full-service national and international recruiting firms. She has experience working with companies in many different industries, including technology, consumer products, financial services, industrials, insurance and entertainment. She specializes in sourcing and placing Intellectual Property attorneys of all levels into top-tier, AmLaw 100, and boutique law firms.
Keela R. Samis, Esq. served as a General Magistrate for Florida’s Sixth Judicial Circuit for more than 33 years. The experience gained from working with hundreds of lawyers over a wide range of disciplines gives her a unique appreciation of legal talent and the needs of law firms and candidates alike. Through the placement of AmLaw 100 associates and counsel in Texas, New York, Illinois, Massachussets, California, and Florida, she has developed a strong understanding of the law firm market in these areas which allows her to guide legal professionals through the recruitment process with candor, integrity, and practical knowledge of the legal landscape.
